Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given for Digital PDF Downloads unless otherwise specified in writing.

We are happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. We allow returns for refunds on items other than Digital PDF Downloads if the item is shipped back to us within 30 days or less of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion.

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment. 

 

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to the payment processor to issue the refund. Please remember we do not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.  It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
